Getting your CPDs endorsed provides several advantages. It ensures that your activities comply with industry standards established by professional organisations or regulatory bodies. Additionally, endorsed CPD activities assist in making informed decisions tailored to your career objectives and provide networking opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing with peers. Getting your CPD activities endorsed follows a simple 6-step process:

  • Become an approved Training Provider
  • Get access to the CPDE Hub.
  • Pay a fee for CPD endorsement.
  • Submit your CPD activity using any of the three modules.
    • Upload pre-developed CPD
    • Develop CPD using our manual portal
    • Utilise AI technology in CPD generation
  • Evaluation and assessment of CPD activity
  • Get an endorsement of your CPD activity

CPDE Hub is an online platform for training providers to get endorsement for their CPD activities by CPD Endorsed.

On becoming an approved training provider by CPD Endorsed you will get access to CPDE Hub. 

At CPDE Hub we provide three modules for CPDs submission, upload your pre-developed CPD, use our manual module to develop CPD activity, use AI-assistance to develop CPD activity. 

By submitting the completed CPD, your CPD activity will be automatically forwarded to the relevant industry expert for endorsement. 

CPD Endorsed uses fine-tuned AI at its CPDE Hub AI-assistance module to help its clients have a better experience in the generation of CPD activity.

Yes, our AI-assisted module allows you to make amendments to your CPD activity developed using the AI-assistance module.

CPD Endorsed sets the approval criteria based on industry standards for CPD endorsement. We evaluate all CPD activities against these criteria to ensure the quality of the CPD activity.

After applying for CPD endorsement the endorsement process will usually take 5-7 working days.

Yes, CPD endorsement is renewable after 12 months.

CPD Endorsed covers a wide range of sectors including but not limited to beauty and cosmetics, business, construction, education, engineering, finance, healthcare, hospitality, IT, legal, retail, science, social care, sports and transport, etc.

All the endorsed CPD activities are immediately added to the Register of Endorsed CPDs, you can find your relevant CPD activity there.

CPD Endorsed does not offer certification on CPD endorsement while we provide template certificates that you can use to give your clients as a testimony of CPD activity.

Training Providers

A Training Provider refers to an organisation, institution, or individual that offers training programmes and courses designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of professionals in their respective fields.

An individual, institution, or organisation that possesses relevant industry knowledge and satisfies the approval criteria outlined in the Training Providers Framework will be eligible to apply for training provider recognition by CPD Endorsed.

You can become an approved training provider by following the application process:

  • Submit the Expression of Interest form.
  • A member of our business development team will get in touch with you to discuss your needs and advise you on the relevant paperwork to submit.
  • Submit the complete application through our CPDE Hub portal.
  • Pay the recognition fee.
  • Your application will be reviewed and approval will be assigned accordingly.

Yes, training providers can use the CPD Endorsed logo on their promotional materials during their membership.

All the CPD Endorsed training providers are immediately added to the Register of Training Providers. You can verify the trainer’s recognition there by searching for that trainer in the Register of Traning Providers.

By becoming an approved training provider, you will obtain a unique recognition number to demonstrate your commitment to continuing professional development. You can display the CPD Endorsed seal on your website, in your office, or on marketing materials. You will get listed on the register of training providers, which will help you attract clients. 

No, CPD Endorsed covers a wide range of industry sectors, including but not limited to agriculture, beauty and cosmetics, business, construction, education, energy, engineering, finance, healthcare, hospitality, IT, legal, natural resources, retail, science, social care, sports, and transport.

The renewal process will be the same as the application process for becoming an Approved Training Provider. You need to submit an Expression of Interest Form, a member of our business development team will reach out to guide you through the renewal process and provide information about the necessary documents you need to upload.

Your recognition will last for 12 months.

Trainers’ Guild

Trainers’ Guild is a community of instructors and trainers with expertise in skills development through Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You can become a part of this community and enjoy the perks of networking with skilled peers around the globe.

Trainers or instructors who are dedicated to deliver top-notch training services, whether an independent trainer or within an organisation can join the Trainers’ Guild.

There is no registration fee for joining trainers’ guild you just have to pay recognition fee for your chosen level of recognition. 

A trainer must hold at least a level 3 training/coaching qualification. Each recognition level has different qualifying criteria. Please refer to the Trainers’ Guild Framework for more details. 

What are the benefits to join Trainers’ Guild?

Based on the skills and professional values mentioned in the Trainers’ Guild Framework, CPD Endorsed offers the following three levels of recognition:

  • Associate Trainer
  • Fellow Trainer
  • Senior Fellow Trainer

Your colleagues, mentors, subordinates, supervisors, and managers or any person who can comment on the training session you conducted.

Your membership will last for 12 months.

You have to resubmit the application for assessment if you want to upgrade or renew your recognition.

You can resubmit your application by again paying the recognition fee if it gets rejected after one feedback.

Register of Trainers’ Guild is a directory of CPD Endorsed recognised trainers from different industry sectors.

SkillsForge Programme

SkillsForge Programme is an initiative to foster and recognise a community of employers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the professional growth of their staff members.

Employers, who are committed to the professional development of their employees and invest in the skills enhancement of their employees can join the SkillsForge Programme.

No, there is no registration fee for joining the SkillsForge Programme. You just have to pay theee, and after the evaluation of the provided evidence, you will be assigned a recognition level based on the outcomes of the evaluation. 

CPD Endorsed sets a few benchmarks mentioned in the SkillsForge Programme Framework against which your application will be evaluated. For each membership level, the qualifying criteria are different but the minimum criteria against those benchmarks is, at least satisfactory level against all eight benchmarks, along with good or excellent in at least 2 areas.

 

The membership will last for 12 months.

Following are the possible necessary documents you need to upload, the documents may vary according to your organisational structure.

  • A certificate of incorporation/registration clearly showing the organisation’s name
  • Your organisation’s logo
  • Supporting documents against each benchmark (appropriately named and referenced)
  • Self-Evaluation

The membership renewal process will be the same as the membership application process. You will resubmit the application with complete documents for evaluation. Your application will be evaluated against the benchmarks, and the recognition will either be renewed or upgraded. The renewal fee will be £499. 

By resubmitting your upgraded application against the benchmarks, your application will be evaluated, and your recognition level will be upgraded if it meets the qualifying criteria against the level you want to attain.

The fee for endorsement of CPD activities is conformed to the number of hours for that CPD activity. CPD Endorsed offers the following pricing plans for CPD endorsement

Yes, you need to pay £499 to register as a training provider.

The payment for CPD endorsement is typically due when you add a CPD activity for endorsement on CPDE Hub after registering as a training provider with CPD Endorsed.

The application fees for the Trainers’ Guild recognition levels offered by CPD Endorsed are as follows:

The application fee for SkillsForge Programme is £499. The recognition level will be conferred upon the assessment outcome of your submitted application.

The application fee to become an approved training provider is £499.

The recognition renewal fee will remain consistent with the application of recognition programmes.
