What is SkillsPledge Programme™?
Our SkillsPledge Programme™ is an initiative to foster and recognise a community of employers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the professional growth of their staff members.
Members of the SkillsPledge Programme can achieve one of three status levels: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. These levels of membership are conferred upon employers following an assessment of their contributions, support, and engagement in fostering the professional development of their employees. The application fee for all the three levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum) in the SkillsPledge Programme is £499. The level of membership employers achieve will depend on the outcome of our assessment based on the evidences submitted by them and feedback obtained from their employees.
