What is SkillsPledge Programme®?
The SkillsPledge Programme® is an initiative to foster and recognise a community of employers who demonstrate exceptional commitment to the professional growth of their staff members.
At its core, the programme is founded on the belief that employers who invest in their workforce build more productive, resilient, and innovative work environments. Through recognition, employers enhance their credibility and reputation while gaining access to a global network of industry leaders and like-minded professionals.
The SkillsPledge Programme offers three levels of membership: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. These levels reflect an employer’s contributions, support, and engagement in fostering the professional development of their employees.

The application fee for the SkillsPledge Programme is £499, applicable to all membership levels.
