To help ensure a smooth and efficient application process, please have the following requirements ready in advance:
Reflective Account: A brief document demonstrating your professional practice and alignment with the Trainers’ Guild Framework.
CPD Log: A documented record of your professional development activities over the past 12 months.
Supporting Documents: Evidence of relevant qualifications and professional training experience.
Professional References: Contact details of referees who can verify your standing and contributions in the field.
If you have these prepared in advance, completing the application typically takes 20–30 minutes.
What Happens Next?
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by Review Panel of CPD Endorsed through a structured evaluation process. Provided all requirements are met, you will receive feedback within 3–5 working days. The possible outcomes are:
- Approved: Your membership is awarded at the appropriate level.
- Requires Improvement: Feedback will be provided to help you strengthen and resubmit your application.
- Not Approved: The submission does not meet the current criteria.
