Take the First Step Towards Recognition

To ensure a smooth and efficient application process, please prepare the following in advance:

  • Self-Evaluation – A written submission (1,000–2,000 words) addressing how your organisation meets the eight SkillsPledge benchmarks.
  • Supporting Documents – Evidence demonstrating alignment with each benchmark.
  • Employee Survey – Responses from at least 25% of your workforce or a minimum of 10 employees (whichever is greater), using the CPD Endorsed employee survey form, offering insight into your organisation’s internal development culture.

Once these materials are ready, the application process is streamlined and typically takes 20–30 minutes to complete.

What Happens Next?

Following submission, your application will be reviewed by the Review Panel of CPD Endorsed through a structured and transparent evaluation process. Provided all requirements are met, you will receive a decision within 3–5 working days. Possible outcomes include:

  • Approved – Your organisation is awarded membership at the appropriate level (Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
  • Requires Improvement – Feedback will be provided to help you enhance and resubmit your application.
  • Not Approved – The submission does not currently meet the programme’s criteria.
